Raw Mango Chutney
This Chutney is usually made in Mangalorean households during Mango season and very good combination is to have with ganji.
Ingredients:
Small raw mango 1
Coconut 1 cup grated / 1/2 coconut
Ginger 1"
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Onion 1/2
Green chillies 2-3
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grind all the above ingredients together.
Notes:
1. Use mango more or less according to its size and sourness.
2. Use green chillies according to your spice level.
3. You can have this chutney as it is or can give thadka.
