People came to the rescue in an Indian village, when a leopard was stuck at the bottom of this large well. They first dropped a ladder for the creature to rest on and then a cage, which it happily went into and raised it to be released.
Leopards are (or certainly were a couple of years ago - at least), to be thriving in some parts of the world. They do come into conflict with man, because unlike most other big cats, leopards live and will come into people's cities, towns, villages. This one seemed to be smart enough to go in the cage or at least want to get off the uncomfortable, temporary ladder.
