Points of Performance:
1) Start with active bar hang.
2) During the pull up, maintain the hollow body position.
3) Keep the elbows inside the body.
4) At the top, chin must clear the top of the bar.
5) Remain active in the hollow body on the way down.
6) Finish in the active bar hang position.
