All available internal recording codecs & bit-rates are tested = h264/h265, 4k/1080p, 4-2-0/4-2-2, 8bit/10bit. Main focus of this video is to see how large file sizes are when recording 20-21 second clips in 60fps. Also took cpu temps to see how hard computer is working during playback of each file in Adobe Premiere timeline. Lastly you can get a rough feel of general visual quality, this is not an accurate test (auto white balance) but you can definitely see some big differences.
