To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients :-
- 1/2 Cup Refined Flour/ Maida
- 1/4 Cup Corn Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Water as Required (To Prepare the Paste)
- 1 Cup Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Baby Corn
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Onions
- 1/2 Cup Green, Yellow, Red Bell Peppers
- Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Ginger (Grated)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Spring Onions (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 Tsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 3-4 Tbsp Water
- Spring Onions (Garnishing)
- Sesame Seeds (Garnishing)
