On Wednesday 6th of March 1938, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Indulal Yadnik, a meeting of the Bhangis was held at Kasarwadi (behind Woollen Mills) Dadar, Bombay. In this meeting, one Bhangi boy narrated his experience of castism and untouchability on the Government Job in Gujrat of British India in the following terms: His narration is noted here in the part 6th of 6 (Last Part) of Waiting for a Visa. All the incidents in 'Waiting for a Visa' are a collection of incidences written by Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar in his diary. these Incidences are compiled and printed as a Book with the name Waiting for a Visa after the Mahaparinirvan of Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. This book is considered an Autobiography of Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. But in actuality, it may not be so or may be so.
