White Chicken Chili W/ Green Sauce:
-1 Cannellie beans
-1 canned green enchilada sauce
-1 can great northern beans
-1 can of hominy
-1 can diced green chilies
-1 brick of cream cheese *optiona
-2 cups water
-2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
-1 tablespoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic blend
-1/2 onion chopped up
-2 chicken breasts
- fresh cilantro
Throw everything in your crockpot and cook high for 6 to 8 hours. Served with some shredded cheese and sour cream.
