Akili McDowell, who starred in 'David Makes Man' and 'Billions,’ has been arrested and charged with murder and theft in connection to a deadly shooting that happened in July. The 21-year-old, who's currently being held on $400,000 bond, is set to appear in court on Aug. 6 for the theft charge and Oct. 9 for the murder charge.
