In this heartfelt TEDx talk with a hint of “kiddy” humor, Karim Boktor, MBA., shares his journey of battling low self-esteem and weight challenges due to having a severe stutter as a child. He presents the idea that while many of us may not have a literal #stutter as he did, most of us battle inner stutters — moments where we can chase our #dreams or follow our #intuition but instead we hesitate, second-guess ourselves, or fawn in fear. Boktor encourages listeners to shed the belief that there are “good” or “bad” emotions and embrace the full spectrum of their emotions. Karim Boktor, MBA., is an accredited life and business coach who loves working with individuals and companies to challenge themselves to access deeper happiness and achieve greater personal, career or business success. Karim’s proudest accomplishment is being a husband to his wife, Alexandra, and their children. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at [ Ссылка ]
