As we move through the practice, you'll experience myofascial release yoga and somatic experiencing, which are key for relieving tension and chronic pain.
I used 3 blocks. You can modify with pillows or a bolster. If you don't have a tennis ball substitute with your fist or a rolled-up cloth.
