The FCC has issued a Fourth Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on requirements for broadband providers for data collection and reporting on the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Providers participating in ACP will be required to report aggregate subscriber data on plan enrollment, along with information about the speed and latency on their plans, and product bundles.
