Handwashing is so simple - after all, we all learned how to wash our hands as toddlers, right? Not so fast!
Not just any old handwashing technique will do. Handwashing 101 is about handwashing MASTERY. Mastering the caliber of handwashing that gives you a fighting chance to contain your exposure to the virus and passing it along to others. Frequent handwashing is cited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a key step we can each take to protect ourselves and contain the spread of this highly contagious virus.
