To elaborate and demonstrate how to properly take advantage of Rule Based Optimization, I want to show you how a campaign performed that was set by my push team at Deberoo.
In this zeropark case study, we set a RON campaign to gather some data and start some testing for our push traffic campaign. We went in with a budget of $30 a day and spent a total of $250 and we spent $251. It goes over a little bit because of some delayed clicks. Even though we got 71 conversions, it was not profitable.
With the powerful RBO tool in zeropark, you can tell the platform exactly what to do, when to do it, and how you want it done in order to optimize your campaign quicker.
Push notifications are a great way to make money with affiliate marketing for beginners. By using automated features like RBO, it helps beginners understand how to analyze their campaigns faster so that they can create profitable campaigns with push traffic.
Generally, with RBO, you will want to pause low performing targets and sources if they exceed your payout in costs. You can set the minimum clicks and spend that you are expecting to maintain to get your campaign profitable.
I mentioned in the video to optimize with 20 clicks but the system will only let you go for a minimum of 100 clicks for targets and 200 clicks for sources. Keep in mind that if you are targeting sources or targets in your RBO formula that they have different minimums in regards to clicks and spend. We usually leave a small margin to help out and keep things profitable.
I will go in-depth with the targets and sources within one of our push notification campaigns and show you how the rule-based optimisation worked for our zeropark push notification campaign. You will see how RBO has paused some of the targets within our zeropark traffic sources based on the rules that were set.
This saves a lot of time with you not having to go in manually and do them all yourself.
