Today I have shared Healthy and delicious Sweetcorn Pulao prepared with coconut milk.You can also cook this pulao with water as usually,but coconut milk adds rich flavour to the recipe and makes it simply outstanding .This recipe can be prepared in 20mins

Basmati Rice - 250gms
Diluted Coconut Milk - 500ml
Sweetcorn - 1no
Capsicum - 1 no
Onion - 1 no
Green Chillies - 4-5 no’s
Cashews- 1/4 cup
Cloves -5 no’s
Kapok buds - 2 no’s
Bay leaves - 3 no’s
Star Anise - 2 no’s
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamoms -2 no’s
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Pepper powder - 5-6 Tbsp
Salt as required
Coriander leaves
