Hindu teacher Rajni Bala had sought transfer fearing targeted killings days before she was shot dead by terrorists.

Rajni was employed at a government school in Kulgam's Gopalpora area. She had written a letter to the Chief Education Officer seeking transfer citing insecurity.

Her husband, Raj Kumar has accused the administration of taking Rajni's requests lightly.
