Ingredients
6 tablespoons yogurt
3 Persian cucumbers
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon of dried mint
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation
1. Pour the yogurt into a large bowl.
2. Wash and peel the cucumbers then dice them and add to the yogurt. (You can also use a grater.)
3. Add the chopped walnuts, raisins, salt
and pepper to the yogurt and mix well.
4. Your dip is ready! You can serve it with chips. ENJOY!
