In this lesson, we discussed valuation of a bond using YTM, the definition and calculation of YTM and its assumptions, the relationship between bond price and YTM and the pull to par effect. Comments, suggestions and constructive criticisms will be appreciated. This is our first try of this kind. We would like to improve through learning by doing.
