In this video, Master Yuan answers students questions after his lecture. He is extremely honest, forthcoming, generous and self analytical in his answers. Through his answers, he touches on coming to understand the self, acting according to one's inherent nature and attaining balance in life.
He shares personal thoughts about what brought him to his path in life and how he has and plans to continue his journey to understand the Dao.
This is an amazing view into the life of someone who has dedicated himself to Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong and Health Cultivation and has decided to share it with his students and the world to help others.
This is from a previous video I shot while training in China with Master Yuan. The video was long and the quality poor. I’ve tried to edit it into more digestible sections and I’ve tried to clean up the video quality and the audio quality and levels as best as I could.
The video is in English, but I also added English Subtitles in case that will help it be more clear.
This was shot on a poor camera in poor lighting with a poor microphone. So, my apologies for the quality, but I hope the subject matter is still interesting and helpful to you.
