Follow this easy recipe to make amazing Chicken Fried Rice on the Blackstone 1901 Griddle.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Chicken diced
1 Cup Peas (frozen)
2 Cups Onions diced
1 Cup Carrots diced
1 Cup Green Onion diced
1 Tbs Garlic minced
4 eggs scrambled
Soy Sauce
Toasted Sesame Oil
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Scramble eggs, cook and remove to add later
On high heat brown the chicken adding salt/pepper to taste
Also on high heat sautee onions, carrots, garlic, peas
Re-heat day old rice on high heat adding oil/butter mixing thoroughly
Add salt/pepper to the rice while mixing
Combine all ingredients together adding 3 Tbs soy sauce, scrambled eggs, green onions and mix thoroughly
Finally after heat is cut off add 1Tbs toasted sesame oil and mix again
Serve and enjoy!!!
