Repurposing extensions and making them into k-tips is a great way to a build a back stock of keratin hair extensions in your salon.
I'll often have lots of odds and ends left that are too little to be installed, but instead of throwing them away, I'll keep them aside and make keratin hair extensions using keratin bonding grains, powder or rolls.
I'll choose a keratin that matches the root color best, you can buy colored keratin as well as clear.
This is the perfect add on to a weft install, and allows me to charge per bond if I'm only sprinkling in a few.
