00:29 - Warm Up
03:29 - Workout!
16:57 - Cool Down

Workout Structure:
• Warmup: 3 minutes
• Sprint Repeats x6 (a shorter recovery jog in the last two):
• Jog: 1 minute
• Run: 45 seconds
• Sprint: 30 seconds
• Recovery and Cooldown at the end!

All speeds and inclines are suggestions. Please stay safe and within your comfort zone!
