15 Minutes to an Amazing Dog, Morning Service Dog Routine, Day I Realized, How Many Brothers I Have

Today I woke up realizing I am not alone. It’s just those that are like me are not in my area. I am not in a position where travel is something I am ready to do. Being mobile at a minutes notice is a best practice for men. I have developed roots that require my care until the branch’s are well in the air.

What my thoughts this morning.

I felt a little rushed for time. Did not have time to get my thoughts together. I normally don’t talk on the phone before the start of my day. I am trying to be a little more relaxed on all the rules I have in place in my life. Flexibility is key when applied to anything in life.

Watching this video. I notice how society as made it uncomfortable to speak about feelings about men without it being turned to a negative. I have noticed my whole life. I was trained not to have feelings or emotions. I felt I was forced to to bottle them up. I have been trained to tell my kids what color they should like and which ones they should not. I am finding that people are capable of making choices. It is up to people to make the choice they feel is best for them. He who lacks understanding hears what he hears, that is the beauty of wisdom. All hear the sound, the sound just has more feeling to some than to others. Ignorance is bliss. People try to force people to understanding. I understand all understanding comes in time.

I love flowers, told it wasn’t manly. I love flowers because of the ability to make others smile. Women like flowers should a man not understand flowers.

I love Rainbows, but society has taken it and turned it into a symbol. A symbol that when displayed means the love of all, but gives of the wrong impression to some and even confusion to others. It blows my mind how something that means love can be such a hard conversation for some.

This could be a struggle within. I have no desire to go around posting pictures of rainbows for no reason but whenever I see one that god has created I will always stop and take notice.

I have love for my brothers. I just never grew up with any real ones. I grew up with Friends. Friends who last past the situation of the moment are as close to family as you can get. I am just now realizing who those people are in my life.

People don’t understand conversation is a form of intimacy. When you find people who think like you the conversation always flows the best. Society has trained us as men to be defensive against one another. The military taught us to work together. It is a bound that cant be broken.

I believe in and agree with deep conversation amongst men. It is how civilization are created. I have no understanding of intimacy between men past beyond that point. I try my best not to speak on that which I do not understand.

God Loves All, I try to be the best reflection of that love.

I am learning that so many feeling fall into more than one emotional category. I often wondered why I confused anger with sadness they both carry words that mean similar things to me.

Numb & Empty they both mean without. In this case they both refer to feelings. So they would mean without feeling in this case.

Fearful & Bad both carry the word/feeling (overwhelmed) sometimes I get angry when i am overwhelmed. I believe this wheel even over simplifies emotions. I think that is is however a great starting point to understanding self. I am greatly enjoying this exercise.
