On Tuesday, February 20th, Professor Michael Kimmage, of the Catholic University of America, addressed his upcoming book, "Collisions: The Origins of the War in Ukraine and the New Global Instability". Professor Kimmage discussed the role of Russia, Ukraine, Europe, and the United States in the outbreak of this war and, while sketching out some of the war's consequences, touched on the global implications this war has had over the past two years and is likely to have in the future.
