1 cup frozen (wild) blueberries (240 ml / 170g)
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (360 ml / about 375g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
