Australia's supermarkets could face big fines if they don't deal fairly with suppliers.
That's a recommendation from former competition minister, Craig Emerson, who's been reviewing the relationship between major supermarkets and their suppliers.
He's recommending the government establishes a mandatory code of conduct, rather than a voluntary one.
