Imposter syndrome refers to a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their abilities and accomplishments, despite evidence of their competence. People experiencing imposter syndrome often feel like they don't deserve their successes and fear being exposed as frauds. It can lead to self-doubt, anxiety, and a persistent belief that they are not as capable as others perceive them to be. Today, we talk about my experience with the imposter syndrome and four lessons I learned from struggling with it.
