In this 12 Minute Deep Stretch, you will be stretching with me, Sydney Cummings as we go through 24 stretches for your entire body. We will hold each stretch for 30 seconds and move directly into the next stretch without pausing. Our stretch will start with deep breaths to calm your mind and then we will target the muscles and joints in the upper body begging with shoulder, bicep, tricep, and back stretches. We will fold forward and work out way down to the floor where we will target our joints and muscles again. We will target the hamstrings, calves, lower back, hips, psoas, glutes, abductors, and quads. This workout is intended to be utilized alone or post workout, but not before a workout.
