All right, so you want to know what the best sweetener for keto is, do ya? It can be a confusing world of sugar substitute for keto – you’ve got sugar alcohol keto, artificial sweeteners and ketosis, keto sweeteners without aftertaste, some chemical sweeteners that you’ve never heard of, you’ve got hundreds of people online claiming that their product is the best sweetener for keto diet or the best sugar substitute for keto…arghhh, what to do with all this keto information? Well, what you do is watch the Keto King video and learn what sweeteners I can use on keto and what is the best sweetener for keto / the best sugar substitute for keto
As I start out in my video, my best sweetener for keto (sugar substitute for keto) is erythritol. It has very few downsides and can be used a perfect sugar substitute for keto. So if that’s all you read about what sweeteners can I use on keto, then you’re good to go. But if you want to learn about artificial sweeteners and keto, sugar alcohol keto, keto sweeteners without aftertaste, and just generally, what sweeteners can I use on keto, then you’ve chosen the right video.
While a sugar substitute for keto is important in a keto lifestyle, you don’t want to rely on it. The goal in a keto diet is to reduce those cravings for carbs and sugar that hurt your weight loss goals. What you’ll find, once you start keto, the sugar and carb cravings are high. This is when I’d say it is ok to use a lot of sugar substitute for keto (but of course, only use the best sweetener for keto). These keto sweeteners will curb that sweet tooth while still keeping it keto. But what you’ll find over a few months of keto is that the sugar, carb and sweet cravings diminish and you find yourself needing to use sugar substitute for keto. This is our goal, so view keto sweeteners with this in mind. You can’t be having loads and loads of sweet keto foods all the time – you’ll rob yourself of that freedom you can get on a keto diet where YOU are in control of food (as opposed to food controlling you).
Back to the best sweeteners for keto diet – there are a number of decent choices for the best sweetener for keto. Also note, I haven’t exhaustively researched all of the options, so if you feel I’ve misspoken, do let me know in the comments section of this keto sweeteners video. But please do it respectfully – we are a keto community that helps each other. This isn’t a contest, this is to help everyone keep it keto and live their best life. We don’t want someone ingesting a keto sweetener that isn’t on my best sweeteners for keto diet list, and they sabotage all their hard work and efforts just because of one wrong ingredient in their keto lifestyle.
I also address my personal preferences for the best keto sweetener for keto. Such as, Stevia products. I am not a fan but only for taste reasons. I find Stevia has an aftertaste and there are keto sweeteners without aftertaste out there that you can use. And as a bonus, I go through some of the common pitfalls in choosing the best sweeteners for keto diet.
