6 tbsp Brown Sugar
⅓ cup Molasses
1 pc Egg
2 cups Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
½ tbsp Ginger
½ tbsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Cloves
Icing:
½ cup Powdered Sugar
1⅛ tsp Corn Syrup, light
1 tbsp Milk
RECEITA - Rende x 20 cookies
5 col/sopa Manteiga, temp. ambiente
6 col/sopa Açúcar Mascavo
⅓ xíc Melaço
1 uni Ovo
2 xíc Farinha de Trigo
½ col/chá Bicarbonato de Sódio
¼ col/chá Sal
½ col/sopa Gengibre, em pó
½ col/sopa Canela, em pó
¼ col/chá Cravo, em pó
Glacê:
½ xíc Açúcar de Confeiteiro
1⅛ col/chá Xarope de Milho
1 col/sopa Leite
