Here is an update/revival of my 2008-2009 top RPG battle themes, now in one list. Over the years, my tastes changed, new music I liked emerged, discovered other great old songs, or started enjoying songs I missed beforehand. Here is Zapper101’s top 101 RPG battle themes, 2014 edition!

Rules:
1) All JRPG battle themes and variants (regular, boss, battlefields)
2) No more than three songs in the same game.
3) No more than five songs in the same series with the exception of spinoffs (Example: SMT and persona series are different)
4) Imports or RPGs with fan translations are ok (except a few of them)
5) Original themes only. No arrangements/remixes.
