The Prince of Wales has visited Louth Livestock Market at the start of his tour of Lincolnshire. Prince Charles delivered a short speech in a cattle pen and seemed highly amused after meeting a group of cows. HRH was there to help launch his Countryside Fund's Farm Resilience Programme in the area.
