Update: I returned the tablet/laptop as I was not satisfied with the performance of the RTX 3050 and it's low 4GB of Vram.

my typical video editor couldn't let me trim at 4k 60, I'll figure something out and re-upload soon. gaming performance was much better after being fully updated, fan noise is both consistent and not annoying at turbo.
