After his partner Tom Lone and his family are assassinated, allegedly by the notorious and mysterious assassin Rogue, FBI agent John Crawford becomes obsessed with vengeance as his life unravels into a maelstrom of guilt and treachery. Rogue ultimately reappears to pay his own score, sparking a brutal criminal war between Asian mafia rivals Chang of the Triad and Yakuza ruler Shiro. When Jack and Rogue finally meet, the full truth about their pasts will be revealed.
