If you're not familiar with Chef Kenny's, both of his locations are just west of the Las Vegas strip, and both feature 100% vegan ingredients in all of their dishes. He is known for recreating classic Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes, which you would swear are identical to the "real thing."
