Last May, CSX sold off some track in Ohio and West Virginia, once of Baltimore and Ohio pedigree. The Belpre Industrial Parkersburg Railroad, or BIP, was formed, and since taking over they're up to five locomotives and business seems good!

On May 27th, I missed them leaving Parkersburg but caught up north of Belpre. They only went as far as ProFusion, but I got to catch them streetrunning twice! There are some great scenic stretches even on this short section of the line, capped off by the massive bridge over the Ohio River that once hosted the B&O's Ohio Division mainline. Enjoy!
