Chronic Ankle Pain-Quick Fix

Do you have chronic ankle pain and chronic ankle swelling? Do just the smallest movements to your ankle cause you to "roll" your ankle? If you always have tenderness in your ankle from those things, here's a quick solution that may help you!
Pinch the skin around the area that hurts (on top of, and in the perimeter of) and pull it away from your ankle. Then move your foot back and forth under your hands for 10 Reps. Follow along as this is demonstrated as an easy ankle mobility exercise. This will work if you have some superficial neural irritation in the area (meaning: the small, local nerves in the area are irritated) from repeated damage. This does not fix the whole problem and is not meant as diagnosis or treatment.
