Then enjoy a Short, interactive Lecture and finally relish in the magic of a Sound Bath and meditation (8:45 pm). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and create your most comfortable space then lie down and let the cosmic vibrations wash away stress and all that no longer serves you
Sheri and her Sound Healing team create a chamber of healing vibrations, that quiets the mind, body and spirit leaving you feeling amazing. We use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, 20 Tibetan bowls, a Didgeridoo tank drums, ShrutiBox, Elfin and Zefir chimes to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Musicians at the alter change weekly, Diane Elaine Bonardi, Peter Sieber, Ray Butafusco, with Jeff Atwood on the Shruti Box with Mantras, Didgeridoo with Frank HealMaster and Jimmy Paul Silva Bazan.
