In this video, I'm going to go over why you should walk everyday!
By walking everyday, you'll get numerous health benefits that will allow you to maintain your weight, get in better shape, and even help you recover from workout to workout.
One of the other benefits, especially if you're walking outside in nature is that it's motivating. It helps release endorphins and makes you want to keep going. Compared to sitting in a gym on a treadmill staring at how much time you have left.
You don't even have to push it too hard in the beginning either. You can just walk for 10 minutes after each of your meals. This will keep you on track everyday and even improve the digestion of your meals as well.
Don't worry about doing a certain amount of steps. Focus on miles walked instead. I shoot for at least 2 miles per day. If I'm trying to lose weight and need to do more I will. But in general, trying to walk more miles in a short period of time or more miles for longer is all you need to do to get the benefits.
