The rules for this run: We can only use secondary weapons in combat. No primary weapons. No PCSs or weapon mods. Only utility items and heavy weapons that work in conjunction with a soldier's secondary weapon (e.g. grenades in the grenade launcher, special ammo in pistols, etc.).
