I asked God in 2014 "How will I know who my future husband is?" I heard Him say to me "You will know him by how he pursue you, because it will be how I have pursued you." I realized I didn't yet know the pursuit of the Holy Spirit that is loving, patient, persistent, gentle, and merciful. I spent those 8 years falling in love with God. When David showed up in my life, I knew... by His love, and by His pursuit of God, and of me. God is beyond faithful. Trust Him and His perfect timing. He is never late. Fun fact: We decided to share our first ever kiss with each other on our wedding day!
