This is the very first YouTube episode of the vegan city guides and we start it off in her home town of La Jolla, located in sunny San Diego, California.
In this episode, Bailey travels with her husband to one of her favorite vegan restaurants, Trilogy Sanctuary Cafe & Yoga Wellness Community. Trilogy is a place that combines healthy sustainable cuisine, with mind and body wellness, and spiritual healing all into one. They host an array of wellness retreats, delicious gluten free plant based food, and yoga practices.
Bailey talks about her reasons why she loves Trilogy so much and why it's hard not to fall in love with the warming atmosphere on the rooftop. Then the family drives down to Balboa Park in downtown San Diego and visits the Vegan Depot Market thats runs every other week. Here she does the rounds and grabs some vegan cheese from @Double Batch, Donuts from @thedonuttery, and scopes out all the yummy vegan vendors, all while listening to live music in the background!
