If you're feeling depressed the first thing to do is notice, possibly the small things. You may not want to go to social events, you may be drinking more alcohol, eating unhealthy food. Maybe you're not self-caring.
Once you've noticed try to make small changes to help you on the journey to wellness. This could be a dry October or a more healthy diet. Take some small steps and build on them day-to-day. Then you can get back out there
Sometimes if you feel lonely and depressed it can be difficult to want to talk to somebody. Try to find connections as through connections you can find a way out of depression and someone who can really help.
