This video will introduce the two main models of understanding "election" in the Bible. This video doesn't answer the question of which is "correct," but it does introduce you to the two major views: Unconditional Election (first developed by Augustine in ~400AD and also embraced by Calvinists) and Conditional Election (the consensus of the ancient church and also embraced by Arminians).
