After the emotional testimonies of Ms Mosilo Mothepu (in December 2020) and Ms Bianca Goodson (in March 2021) the Deputy Judge President of the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture, Judge Raymond Zondo, expressed his determination to ensure that one of the fruits of the commission he chairs will be to ensure whistleblowers are protected.
He reiterated his invitation for whistleblowers to make submissions to the Commission on what they would like to see in future, so that whistleblowers would not have to suffer, the corrupt would be sent to jail and would be corruptors would be deterred from wrongdoing.
