Bluegill as we know them in Texas as "perch" are one of my all time favorite freshwater fish to eat. My wife and I headed to the lake to do some bluegill fishing. This spot has been producing huge perch since I was a boy. Im not sure what keeps them there but they have always been in numbers and are always monsters. We caught enough for lunch and took them home to clean. The next day I blackened the bluegill and they were delicious. I hope you all enjoyed this video!
