Here is another great Spurgeon sermon based on a well-known and beloved passage of Scripture. You may be familiar with a more modern translation, like the NIV: “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’”
