FitCamp was created to help deliver maximum results effectively and efficiently.
Each class is pre programmed with a different workout for every day and offers multiple class times daily. (24 classes per week)
FitCamp is 30 minutes of high intensity group training and is led by a highly experienced Trainer so we eliminate the guess work for you!
We combines cardio, core, weight lifting and resistance training that helps deliver maximum results while using MyZone Heart Rate Monitor Technology to track and record progress which adds a competitive, challenging & fun aspect to each class!!
