A 45 minute full body workout with optional light and have set of weights. We will activate every muscle through planks, stability/core work, squats, small cardio bursts and a little yoga to connect our movements.
I only lose my microphone 3-7 times so use those moments as tiny breaks if you need it; otherwise, do your best to keep moving (at your pace) and have some fun with this 44 minute full body sweat sesh.
