So iOS 11.4 is out, and many wonder... Will it ruin my battery life, or will it improve my battery life over iOS 11.3.1
In this test I try to figure that out by comparing iOS 11.4 vs iOS 11.3.1 in battery life using the battery life test of Geekbench 4.
First I run the test on iOS 11.4, then upgrade to iOS 11.3.1 and run the full test once more, and then we compare the scores. All conditions kept the same in both tests. Room temperature 23 degrees celcius
All phones used has fairly new batteries with minimum wear, and are not being throttled as shown in the video.
The iPhone 6S are on TMSC chipset.
