Your vacation rental bookings depend on one big thing: your property listing. If you get it wrong, you risk putting off most of your potential guests, but when done right, it can funnel high-priced vacationers directly into your short-term rental. One of the most important parts of your vacation rental listing is the headline (also called the title). So before you title your cabin in the woods the “Cute Cozy Affordable, Yet Luxury Wooden Cabin”, listen to Avery Carl’s tips.
When writing your headline, remember that it’s the first thing that people will read about your listing. It may seem difficult to reach a balance between unique, but not too unique, and descriptive, but not overly wordy. Writing a good short-term rental title takes time, and practice, but there are a few tweaks you can implement right now that may boost your bookings!
